GRAPES VARIETIES 90% Négrette – 10% Muscat d’Hambourg WINE-MAKING Destemming. Bled rosé. Skin maceration for 3hours. Alcoholic fermentation at 15°C for 20 days in stainless steel vats. Filtration TASTING NOTE Colour : Limpid with a tint of peach Nose : Floral with hint of white flowers and rose Mouth : Fresh with a rounded and supple mouth very, exotic finish, on litchi notes.
