Rillettes From Le Mans 220g pasteurized

These rillettes, from selected pork meat are obtained by a browning technique followed by slow cooking in their own fat. They are light grey, brown, pinky color, have the smel of meat confit and present a structure rich in morsels and visible fibers. This product is made of pork from the VPF sector (The French Pork). These rillettes are delicious on thin slices of toasted country loaf, served with pearl onions or pickles.
