LOCATION
Harvested in the heart of Languedoc.
TERROIR
Souvignier Gris thrives in our clay-limestone soils, which favor good water retention, but it
can also develop in some of our stonier soils.
IN THE VINEYARD
We cultivate our Souvignier Gris in compliance with High Environmental Value (HVE3)
specifications.
