RÉSERVE
Ref. :
87cba153
A signature cuvée by Fabrice Durou, Réserve embodies the family’s century-old heritage and artisanal approach. Produced from 50-year-old Malbec vines rooted in gravel, clay, and limestone soils, it reflects the purity of the Cahors terroir.
Certified Euro Organic & HVE Level 3, this wine is vinified by infusion with indigenous yeasts and aged 24 months in barrels of various sizes (225–600 L).
Deep and complex, it reveals aromas of flowers, mint, red and black fruits, and graphite, harmoniously integrated with elegant oak. The palate is velvety, powerful, and perfectly balanced, with a long, refined finish.
A wine of depth and tradition, ideal with truffle risotto, duck or poultry with morels, or Wagyu beef.
