Certified Euro Organic & HVE Level 3, it’s aged 18 months in oak barrels, revealing black fruit, spice, and subtle toasted aromas. The palate is smooth, velvety, and fresh, with fine tannins and long ageing potential (25 years or more).
Perfect with beef bourguignon, venison, or spiced vegetable dishes.
