Vinegar with raspberry juice and raspberries (whole fruit) is suitable for deglazing meats such as duck breast and liver. Salads such as mixed greens, lamb's lettuce or arugula and small gizzards or chicken livers go perfectly with the flavours of fruity delight. To flavour vinaigrettes and deglaze the juices of grilled meats, to accompany shellfish. Tip: Store away from heat and light before opening.
