Made from an infusion of raspberries from our region , this cream has the greedy,
sweet characteristics as well as a slight touch of acidity, typical of the fresh raspberry. It is prepared in the old-fashioned way: maceration for few months in our cellars and then lightly pressed to make a particularly fragrant fruit infusion.
