In accordance with ancestral traditions, our green tea is prepared, infused and fermented for 10 days to reveal its full aromatic complexity.
The combination of Kombucha and hibiscus flowers offers floral and acidulous flavours.
The hibiscus flowers are infused on the brewery, giving a delicious taste and a nice red colour to the Kombucha.
Ingredients : R-Kombucha (98%) : [filtered water, raw cane sugar*, Sencha green tea*,Kombucha culture*], infusion of hibiscus flowers 0,6%, dried pears 0,6%* and white pepper berries 0,3%*.
