This heritage Swiss German variety is most unusual due to its blue skin and even richer coloured flesh when cooked. This striking potato makes the most spectacular chips or mash. A native of Swiss German, Prunelle « Blaue St Gall. » is an old variety. Original, this potato with blue skin hides a blue flesh that amplifies cooking. Flavoursome potatoes that we have unearthed, nurtured and selected for their stylish and varied properties. Over thirty varieties are available to meet every taste.
