Our terrine is prepared with pork, small chicken livers and dried figs mixed. The combination of "meats and dried figs" gives a slightly sweet and salty result, very pleasant to the palate. For contrast and flavours, serve at room temperature, accompanied by a slightly bitter salad such as curly salad or arugula or endives. To be refrigerated for at least an hour before tasting. Serve on toast as an aperitif or as a starter with a salad. Put in the fridge after opening.
