Pork and poultry liver terrine with olives, capers and olive oil. Like all our terrines, you can enjoy it on a slice of toast as an aperitif, as a starter on a bed of green salad, as a sandwich for a gourmet picnic. To be refrigerated for at least an hour before tasting. Serve on toast as an aperitif or as a starter with a salad. Put in the fridge after opening.
