François Doucet Confiseur's Pommes d’Amour™ are a refined take on a tender and colorful confection.
Each bite combines a melting apple fruit jelly center with a smooth, cinnamon-scented gianduja, then is coated in a thin layer of delicately colored white chocolate.
The shades of red, green, and yellow evoke different apple varieties—Gala, Granny Smith, Golden Delicious—and are obtained exclusively from natural coloring ingredients (safflower, spirulina, beetroot, paprika), preserving their authenticity. Fruity, chocolatey, and subtly spiced, Pommes d’Amour™ captivate with their aromatic balance and elegance.
