Pasta - Penne Rigate

After a rigorous selection of raw materials, our Penne rigate are crafted artisanally by extrusion through bronze molds and then dried at low temperatures for a long duration (18-20 minutes). Our Penne cook quickly (6-8 minutes). Each of our packages is carefully topped with a manual header.
