This Pinot Gris presents a beautiful golden robe with remarkable brilliance while its nose reveals an intricate blend of power and finesse through smoky aromas, pear, hazelnut, and dried flowers. On the palate, the wine is rich and honeyed, showcasing a perfect harmony of candied fruit flavors and hazelnut within a solid structure that leads to great persistence. These vines are cultivated on the granite terraces of the Schlossberg hillside with a southeast exposure, where the stony soil retains heat throughout the night to provide ideal ripening conditions.
