Pinot Blanc

Mostly cultivated for the Crémant d'Alsace, Pinot Blanc can also be vinified as a still wine. Presented most often with a dry balance, its fruitiness and freshness make it renowned for being a thirst-quenching wine. Its lightness is further enhanced by the pink sandstone terroir in which these vines take root. Served chilled, it can easily replace a Rosé on a sunny day !
