Pinot Blanc Plaisir Fruité

The “Plaisir Fruité” Pinot Blanc is an exceptionally elegant entry-level wine, grown on alluvial soils in the valley where the low humus content gives the wine a structure of remarkable finesse. Thanks to soil management that promotes deep root growth and healthy vines, this wine benefits from meticulous winemaking: the grapes are hand-harvested and then whole-cluster pressed before undergoing traditional temperature-controlled fermentation. The result is a harmonious and versatile wine, ideal for pairing with an entire meal, from appetizers to fish and white meats. To fully enjoy its freshness, it is recommended to serve it between 8 and 10°C and to consume it within 2 to 4 years.
