Vinified and aged in oak barrels for 11 months
Yellow color with golden highlights. Intense, sunny nose with notes of mirabelle plums and apricots, and slight woody, almost spicy touches. Full-bodied, fleshy, with solar accents. The toastiness is perfectly blended. It combines with a lovely fruitiness and a delicate minerality that balances the whole. A pleasant finish, with a saline touch that prolongs the tasting experience.
