Paul Cherrier Sancerre white
WINEMAKING
The harvest is exclusively manual and in the cellar, the vinification is managed in a traditional manner in stainless steel tanks with a strict control of the temperatures and a minimum of intervention, in order to preserve the purity of the fruit and the Sauvignon varietal aromas.
The wine is aged on lees for six months.
TASTING NOTES
The color is brilliant with golden highlights.
The nose is of good intensity and exudes aromas of ripe yellow fruit completed by stony mineral and fine vegetal notes.
On the palate, the attack is round and fresh, followed by a lot of volume in the middle of the mouth; a nice tension settles harmoniously, the whole feeling is firm and ends on a long retro-olfaction of lemon and stony mineral flavors.
