Quick idea: drizzle over chicken and coriander burgers. Sriracha: Profile: garlicky, slightly sweet, spicy chilli — the classic. Spiciness: 3/5 (moderate but present). Pairings: noodles, baos, stir-fries, sriracha mayonnaise, fried eggs. Quick idea: spicy cocktail sauce (sriracha + mayonnaise + lemon).
