Organic sweet potatoes

The sweet potato is an undemanding crop; it thrives in poor soil without losing any of its nutritional value, requires little water, and its ground-covering foliage naturally suppresses the growth of weeds. Well-adopted to the south-west of France, it is well-equipped to withstand climate change. Our sweet potatoes are harvested from August to September, then stored and preserved without any sprouting until late spring.
