Le Cinq Bio by laGrange is an organic specialty coffee blend roasted in France by our Meilleur Ouvrier de France (MOF) master roaster: Mr. Vincent Ballot, the first roaster to be awarded MOF, in 2018. Roasted in our family-owned company, Le Cinq is made with coffee beans sourced from Honduras, Ethiopia, Indonesia, and Peru. "Le Cinq" means "the number 5". It was the number that Vincent wore in the competition, when he earned the prestigious title. This number also symbolizes his close-knit family, united around this fabulous adventure. Le Cinq has a cocoa initial taste followed by fruity notes, leading to a pleasant and tangy acidity.
