Organic pasta - Ein korn Tagliatelle

Fruit of a partnership with a farmer- miller from Loiret, our 4 mm spelt Tagliatelle is artisanally made trough lamination and then dried at low temperature over a long periode (18 to 20 hours). The gentle precessing of the pasta with our laminator allows for ultra fast cooking (2-4 minutes). Our Tagliatelle is carefully hand-packaged, ensuring meticulous and refined packaging.
