Organic green tea Gunpowder with mint leaves
Ref. :

Fresh & strong
The Tuareg’s tea of choice is a Chinese green tea whose leaves are rolled into the shape of very small dark green pearls which crackle in the teapot, hence their name gunpowder.
Desert nomads offer mint green tea to passing visitors according to an immutable ritual: three infusions are successively served in small glasses from the sweetest to the most bitter. These three teas symbolize life, love and death. Enhanced with lots of mint leaves, this green tea has a very lively, vegetal and fresh taste and is best enjoyed very hot for its thirst-quenching and digestive benefits.
