Origin: France. A true appetite suppressant, bladderwrack or sea lettuce is a green-black algae, very abundant on the Atlantic coast.

Exceptionally rich in vitamins A, B1, C and E, minerals such as chromium, iron, copper, zinc, selenium, trace elements and amino acids.

Directions for use: Infuse 1 teaspoon of bladderwrack in 1 cup of boiling water; add lemon juice for a more pleasant taste;
