Organic black garlic liquid extract
The natural liquid extract of organic black garlic obtained by a cold extraction process was born at L'Etuverie. After several years of research and numerous tests using different extraction techniques, we succeeded in developing this extract, which is concentrated in S-Allyl-Cysteine (the molecule responsible for the main virtues of black garlic and its anti-oxidant properties).
Indeed, our research has focused on the presence of sufficient quantities of S-Allyl-Cysteine in our finished product, in order to offer you the quintessence of our organic black garlic.
Organic black garlic liquid extract is to black garlic what essential oil is to the plant: a natural concentrate.
Eight drops per day in a glass of water provide the equivalent of 600 micrograms of Allyl-Cysteine.
In order not to denature the active ingredients, avoid diluting it in hot drinks.
Our 10ml bottle allows for a 20 day cure.
