The sweet orange notes of this paste are enhanced by the powerful aroma and bitterness of orange zest. Easily incorporated into all types of sweet preparations (ice creams, sorbets, mousses, bavarois, whipped cream, custards, ganaches, cakes and biscuits) and savoury dishes (tajines, simmered dishes). Dosage : Between 25g and 50g /kg
