Each "olive" contains a carefully roasted French almond, hand-coated first in dark chocolate and then in naturally tinted white chocolate. Our Olives™ de Provence combine the crunch of almond, the intensity of cocoa, and the sweetness of an authentic recipe. Their green and black hues, inspired by real olives, are obtained from plant extracts of beetroot, spirulina, and safflower—a 100% natural touch, true to our commitment to recipes without artificial ingredients.
