Like the great sea voyages that once forged the character of traditional rums, the Finish Collection of 3-year-old Old Rums continues its odyssey in Saint-Malo. Matured for several months in barrels that previously held other spirits, they develop a unique aromatic signature, shaped by their history. (50cl – 40% ABV) The ex-Sauternes cask finish offers a complex & unique tasting experience, with notes of white flowers and ripe white fruits, enhanced by a touch of honey.
