NEISSON PROFIL 105

Our sugarcane is cultivated on the North Caribbean terroir of Martinique, where young soils rest upon volcanic pumice from Mount Pelée, offering a sandy–clay texture. These parcels benefit from strong sunlight, low rainfall, and high daily temperature variation during carême, the harvest season.
For ageing, World Cooperage provides Neisson with exclusive control over the temperature and duration of the toasting applied to our sub-650L American oak barrels. This unique specification allows the wood to reveal a distinctive aromatic and tannic signature during its 12 to 24 months of maturation.
Tasting Notes
This Élevé-Sous-Bois rum, known as Profil 105, displays a deep golden hue. The nose is both intense and refined, where light citrus notes intertwine with spices, roasted coffee, and subtle oak. On the palate, the long and beautifully balanced texture reflects the same seductive aromatic profile, leading to a harmonious and satisfying finish.
