Esprit Bio, the world’s first AOC-certified organic agricultural rum ( 70% ), stands as a testament to the exceptional craftsmanship of the small family distillery of Le Carbet. Produced from sugarcane harvested around the distillery — Red Cane B64, Cinnamon Cane B82.033, and Zicak B59 — this cuvée reveals an extremely intense nose marked by fresh sugarcane, lime zest, and white flowers. On the palate, it offers a rich and silky texture, with notes of citrus, white pepper, and icy mint leading to an electrifying, lingering finish.
