This cuvée pays homage to this heritage while highlighting the excellence of the Neisson terroir. Created from our finest plot, Clos Godinot, located in Le Carbet at an altitude of 245 meters, this rum benefits from unique conditions: a 35° slope, significant temperature variations, and exceptional sugarcane ripeness. These characteristics allow it to reach a Brix level of 27, well above the Martinican average. Distilled from sugarcane wines fermented for between 4 and 5 days—the maximum duration permitted by the Martinique AOC Rhum Agricole—this rum reveals an aromatic expression of great purity. It features delicate, intense, and lingering notes of citrus, fresh sugarcane, and vibrant fruit, revealing the full finesse of Neisson's expertise.
