N°1 Saint-Cernin Rouge is an ultra-premium wine produced in Périgord region, on the distinctive terroir of the Plateau d’Issigeac. It will inspire even the most seasoned connoisseur. has beautiful deep and intense red colour with purple highlights.
This masterpiece offers scents of great complexity, combining cherry, subtle truffle, hazelnut and spicy notes.
The aromatic palate shows complexity, concentration and breadth. The smooth acidity adds a subtle freshness and a long finish wrapped in remarkably fine tannins giving a thoroughly elegant wine.
We recommend decanting it for an hour before serving. Ready to be savoured now, it can be aged for 3 to 6 years.
