Muenchberg Grand Cru Riesling 2018
Ref. :
18f3f097
Sheltered by the Ungersberg the Muenchberg (the hill of the monks) benefits from a unique microclimate. The soil and subsoil are powdery, conglomerates and breaches with often weathered elements: volcano-detritic deposits Manual harvest, long pressing of whole grapes, static settling, slow & regulated fermentation at 18°C, long ageing on fine lees. Dry white wine for gastronomy, racy, pleasant, warm, fruity, delicate mineral definition. Beautiful length, frank and complex vivacity.
