Natural aromas are added to restore their typical character. Flash pasteurisation is used to stabilise the wines without the use of SO2, preserving their distinctive colour. Tasting notes: This non-alcoholic wine is a subtle shade of pale colour, albeit slightly tinted, and delights the taste buds with its aromas of red fruit, typical of a sought-after rosé, accompanied by a touch of sweetness thanks to its 40 grams of sugar. Food pairing: This wine goes perfectly with summer dishes such as seafood salads, grilled vegetables, sushi or marinated chicken kebabs.
