Montebello Bolokos

This "brut de colonne" distilled by Montebello under the name "The Bolokos" comes from a plot of land that enjoys a particularly favorable situation. It benefits from the regular alternation between sunshine and rain. It uses only red cane that is harvested by hand. This white rum has, moreover, benefited from a particular fermentation and a long rest. The bottles are handmade and feature the Guadeloupean punk band "The Bolokos" and their song "White Rum" which was shot in the distillery.
