This distinctive white Bordeaux is crafted from 100% Sauvignon Blanc grown on clay-limestone soils, bringing both freshness and mineral complexity to the wine.

Hand-harvested with great care, the grapes undergo an original vinification in clay amphora (380L jars), followed by one year of ageing on fine lees without racking. Regular bâtonnage enhances texture and depth, resulting in a wine that expresses both precision and character.

On the nose, it reveals elegant aromas of citrus, white flowers, and subtle herbal notes. The palate is vibrant and refined, offering a beautiful balance between freshness, roundness, and a lightly saline finish. The extended lees ageing brings a silky texture and complexity rarely found in classic Bordeaux whites.
