The Philippe WAGNER PGI Montbeliard sausage is made according to our traditional recipe, embossed by hand and then slowly smoked over softwood.

Once cooked, discover its unique flavour and firm, juicy texture!

Its recipe without added nitrite and its natural smoking give it its special colour, a beautiful amber and slightly golden colour. Its beautifully grained meat is less pink and much paler than sausages containing nitrites. A guarantee of quality, naturalness and flavour, with delicate notes of spices for all your dishes!
