GAZ SYSTEMES Medical Vacuum Plants are designed to provide a reliable and continuous vacuum supply for healthcare facilities, supporting critical applications such as intensive care units, emergency departments and operating rooms.
Available in single, duplex, triplex and quadruplex configurations, the systems are designed to meet different hospital requirements while ensuring continuity and redundancy of vacuum supply. Each plant integrates lubricated vacuum pumps, a vertical vacuum receiver, exhaust drainage, antibacterial filtration and a 7-inch touchscreen control unit.
With flow capacities ranging from 5 to 905 m³/h per pump, GAZ SYSTEMES Medical Vacuum Plants offer a flexible solution for medical suction applications. The systems are designed in accordance with EN 7396-1 and HTM02-01 requirements.

| Product composition | Vacuum pumps – primary equipment used to generate and maintain the required vacuum level. Vacuum receiver / buffer tank – provides vacuum storage and stabilizes pressure fluctuations. Vacuum filters – protect the pumps from particles and contaminants present in the gas stream. Non-return valves – prevent reverse gas flow when a pump is stopped. Isolation valves – allow individual components to be isolated for maintenance. Pressure/vacuum transmitters – monitor and control the system vacuum level. Control panel / PLC – manages pump sequencing, automatic start/stop, duty/standby operation and alarms. |
