Mas de Libian is one of the most iconic biodynamic producers in France : the land has been in the same family since 1670, and has never been touched with chemical products.
Khayyâm is the main wine, revealing the philosophy of the estate : Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre, on rolled pebbles soil and red clay. It has been aged in oak casks for over 9 months : it is a wine with notes of pepper, rosemary, thyme, black truffles, quite smooth, full-bodied, excellent finish. Perfect for pair with stews, spicy vegetables or smokey BBQ.
