The 60 months Extra-Brut Crémant du Jura Marcel Cabelier blanc, is a vintage extra brut cuvée, aged (stored horizontally on wooden slats) for 60 months. Marcel Cabelier is a small winery operating in the Jura region, specializing in the production of the traditional classic method sparkling wine of the area, Crémant du Jura. The Jura is located in the eastern part of France, between Burgundy and neighboring Switzerland. The texture is rich, the bubbles are small, the creamy aspect is obvious, we are tasting a Crémant du Jura comparable to many champagnes and other beautiful sparkling wine appellations in the world that have allowed time to leave its mark on man's work. Colour : Yellow-green colour with dancing fine bubbles. Nose : The intense nose is a mix of honey and green apple with brioche notes. Palate : A festive attack with a creamy foam. Recommendations : To be served as an aperitif or with dessert. Serving condition in C° : 10°C
