Our winemaker has selected this Chardonnay from the far south west of the Languedoc region, nestled by the Pyrenees foothills. Here, the vineyards greatly benefit from a wide temperature range and Oceanic influences. This combination ensures the production of Chardonnay grapes with perfect level of acidity. The resulting wines are very fresh and aromatic.
