Lychee honey

After a long journey from China, the Lychee found a welcoming soil in Madagascar to thrive. Bees cherish the nectar from this majestic tree, creating a honey with the fragrance of roses and the taste of its fruit for the world to enjoy. Its golden hue and silky texture make it one of the most beloved in the range. Awarded the gold medal at the 2020 Epicures competition, it pairs well with goat cheese or on a slice of brioche, transforming your breakfast into a fabulous tropical journey. Harvested in October in the Manakara region in the southeast of Madagascar.
