Lou Rosat
A word from the winegrower :
With this rosé, we want to express all the sensations perceived during a
walk in a Mediterranean garden. Citrus fruits, summer fruits, flowers
and the freshness of sea breeze are part of its composition.
Tasting comments :
Salmon colour with blue highlights. Powerful nose with dominant citrus
fruits, peach, strawberry, and white flowers. Very nice balance on the
palate where a touch of acidity brings freshness that counterbalances a
beautiful roundness.
Advice from the sommelier :
Lou Rosat will ideally accompany summer salads and sun dishes.
Serve between 9/10°C.
