A wine produced from our plots on the slopes of the Zellberg. Zellberg translates as ‘the hermitage on the hill’; the name derives from the presence of a hut that once belonged to the monks of that era. It is a local place-name situated in the commune of Nothalten. These east-facing slopes have a subsoil composed of marl, limestone and sandstone conglomerates. This terroir produces full-bodied, mineral-driven wines with floral notes.
