Liqueur Mattei - Myrttei Blanche

Myrttei Blanche Liqueur is made following the original Mattei recipes and highlights the pure, fresh character of wild Corsican myrtle berries carefully harvested each year between November and December. These berries are macerated and blended with select distillates, then distilled in Holstein stills, which capture and enhance the delicate, aromatic essence of the maquis. Unlike typical single-ingredient liqueurs, Myrttei Blanche combines ingredients to create a fresh, vibrant liqueur that truly celebrates the unique flavor of Corsican myrtle.
