Liqueur Mattei - Cédratine ®

Following the original founder’s recipes, this liqueur is crafted from a unique blend of aromatic plant distillates and a double distillation of carefully harvested Corsican cedrat fruits, picked each year between September and October. Unlike typical single-ingredient liqueurs, Mattei’s creations combine local maquis fruits and plants, peeled and macerated before being distilled in renowned Holstein stills. This meticulous process preserves and enhances the rich, fresh aromas, resulting in a liqueur that beautifully captures the bright, zesty essence of Corsican cedrat.
