This organic virgin oil, with its fine golden color, develops a pleasant, mild flavor on the palate, with a slight hazelnut taste. Linseed oil does not tolerate cooking, and is eaten raw without exception. It is perfect in a vinaigrette combined with another oil, as a seasoning for fish, vegetable or rice tartar, or with eggplant caviar.
Rich in Omega 3*.
Use: Seasonings and desserts. Must be kept refrigerated after opening. DO NOT HEAT
