This paste brings out the tangy notes of lime, enhanced by the aromatic power and bitterness of lime zest. Easily incorporated into all types of sweet preparations (ice creams, sorbets, mousses, bavarois, whipped cream, custards, ganaches, cakes and biscuits) and savoury ones (tajines, simmered dishes). Dosage : Between 25g and 50g /kg
