Patrick Guiraud is an oenologist and owner of the family estate, where he has been established since 1989. He was a pioneer in his concern for ecological issues, and began to convert to organic cultivation in 1995. Mr Guiraud built a new cellar, which is energy autonomous thanks to the pre-sence of 1000m2 of solar panels.
TASTING NOTES
Beautiful pale colour with a hint of green. The nose provides floral and lemon aromas.
On the palate it is very fresh with notes of whitefleshed fruit.
