Origin : Rhone Valley vineyards - AOP Luberon
Grape varieties : 90 % Syrah, 10 % black Grenache
Yield : 35 hectolitres per hectare
Terroir : 2 plots of land of a total of 15 hectares located on the
heights of Val Joanis (1250 feet). One is clay / limestone soil with a
South /South East sun exposure. The second composed of thick
layer of pebble stones on the top.
Vinification : Maturing in french oak barrels from 10 months.
